Mental Health Awareness Month

healthy brain mental health element

Mental health includes phycological, emotional, and social well-being, all of which affect how we act, think, and feel. How we feel, respond to stress, relate to others, even the choices we make, are all attributed to our mental health. It changes through stages of life and even impacts our physical health. Maintaining our mental health is just as important as seeing the doctor when we are ill.
